At Smithmyer's Farm, we want everyone who steps onto the farm to have a great experience. To ensure this, we are limiting the number of professional photographers in the maze at one time beginning with the 2021 season. For our purposes, a professional photographer is anyone who is being paid to take photos for a business or individual. We have also developed a fee structure that is outlined below. Please keep in mind that although the farm is only open to the public seasonally, the farmers work hard year-round and have year-round expenses to maintain the entire farm. We have been blessed with a business that continues to grow; as has the interest of professional photographers. This is why it has become necessary for a photography policy to be developed.
Professional photography appointments must be made in advance. Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Admission fees apply to all of the photographer’s clients, and must be paid in addition to the photographer’s access fee. Please see the information below to request an appointment for a photo session. We will reply and confirm your appointment. Please email us with any questions.
